We offer refunds for:
- Items sent incorrectly
- Damaged or defective products
Refund requests need to come in within 30 days of purchase. To request one, email us at support@brokewrenchclub.com with your order number and what went wrong — no essay required.
This policy might get updated from time to time, but we'll never make it worse just to be difficult. Reach out to support@brokewrenchclub.com anytime for the current version.
And for the long haul — check the washing and care instructions that came with your gear. Even the toughest shirt needs a little maintenance.
